Craig Adams
With over 26 years of experience in property development and project management, Craig brings hands-on leadership and a proven track record of delivering results. From his early career as a sales cadet to founding national property management companies, Craig has built a career defined by commitment, performance, and strategic insight.
As Managing Director, he blends a deep understanding of market dynamics with a people-first approach—whether guiding team members to hit their KPIs or navigating complex council approvals for large-scale developments.
Craig is driven by results, but fuelled by balance—whether he’s catching waves or throwing punches in the boxing ring, he brings energy, discipline, and a clear sense of purpose to everything he does.
Tim Young
Tim is a passionate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience creating ventures that challenge the status quo through innovation, teamwork, and smart technology.
As Co-Founder and COO of WDD, he leads from the front—developing scalable systems, driving project delivery, and ensuring the business hits its growth and operational goals. With a sharp focus on strategic business development, sales systemisation, and capital raising, Tim is the operational engine powering WDD’s success.
Outside of the boardroom, Tim is a lifelong surfer, seasoned traveller, and competitive mixed martial artist—pursuits that keep him grounded, focused, and ready for the next challenge. Together, Tim and Craig lead WDD with a shared commitment to innovation, transparency, and building a legacy that goes beyond the build.
Kaine Coomerawel
Kaine is a highly accomplished Business Development Executive at WDD, bringing extensive expertise in sales, finance, and property development to the team.
With a proven background spanning marketing, software, and real estate, Kaine excels in delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.
His skills in Sales, CRM, Account Management, Leadership, and Financial Strategy make him instrumental in advancing WDD’s mission to reshape the duplex investment market in Australia.
